Todo muy bien, restaurant muy caro y no está rico. A la habitación entran insectos y animalitos como lagartijas, deberían poner sello a las puertas para evitar esto ya que la habitación está muy limpia pero se meten por debajo de la puerta
Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel, soy de Poza Rica y mi familia vive en Poza, a mi esposo le gusta ya que está tranquilo, la alberca está limpia, la comida del restaurante es buena, se me hace un poco cara pero el sabor es bueno. La atención en el restaurante es buena. La recepción a veces se ausentan y si necesitas algo y es urgente te puedes desesperar. Te cobran por el número de personas que entran en la habitación.

Un lugar tranquilo y silencioso, muy bueno para unos días de paso, todo bien solo que no tiene mucha variedad de un desayuno continental, pero fuera de eso la estancia y el lugar bien
Quedé encantando con este hermoso lugar, la alberca todos los días por la mañana le hacen limpieza, buena atención de las recamareras. La señorita de la recepción es muy amable y atenta pero su compañero del otro turno le falta un toque de sencillez hacia nosotros. La comida deliciosa y la atención de los meseros y el cocinero excelente. Lo recomiendo para la familia es muy tranquilo y hermoso.
Well, all I can say is this Hotel is a 10+ The rooms are excellent, the restaurant is great and reasonable... The service people, waiters, and management are superior... If you are on your way to Veracruz, stopping here is a must...
